 MISSION


Implement a digital recruitment process to multiply capacity for internal hires. Shape a digital strategy to integrate smart IT solutions with people-centric HR functions for a digital recruiting process that combines tech and human intelligence.


ACTION

We implemented new methods to create a recruitment process that maximized the potential of both human and digital resources. We experimented with a variety of strategies to find the best multi-pronged approach and develop a scalable, system-driven recruiting process. From recruitment strategy to employer branding redesign, we accompanied a world wide leading cloth company through the development of future-oriented and smart digital human resources processes.
